•Short Articles/Opinion Pieces: 600–800 words
•Feature Articles: 1,200–2,000 words
•In-depth Guides/Reviews: 1,500–2,000 words
Your article should have a clear structure: an introduction, body, and conclusion. Use engaging headlines and subheadings to guide readers through your piece and break up long blocks of text.
Tone and Style
Our audience includes people who may be new to AI or just learning how it impacts their daily lives so the tone should be approachable, informative, and engaging—think of it as explaining something exciting to a friend who’s curious about AI. We aim to educate and inspire without overwhelming them.
With that in mind:
•Avoid heavy jargon. If technical terms are necessary, explain them in simple terms.
•Keep the tone approachable, friendly, and practical. Your writing should engage and reassure the reader, rather than intimidate.
•Keep it real: Whether you’re sharing a humorous AI story or a practical tip, your voice should come through naturally and authentically.
Content Generation and Sources
Please note, while we encourage the use of AI tools to assist in writing, the article must be your original creation. AI can help with brainstorming, drafting, or editing, but the final content should reflect your unique voice and perspective. Additionally, if you reference research, data, or insights from other sources, please be sure to provide proper citations. This ensures transparency and maintains the high editorial standards of Everyday AI Vibe Magazine.
Submission Guidelines
When submitting your work, please follow these guidelines:
•Format: Submit your article in a Google Doc or Word format.
•Images/Visuals: You can include relevant images, but kindly ensure they are either your own or properly credited. If you don’t have visuals, we’ll provide them where necessary.

While we do not presently offer monetary compensation for submissions, we encourage contributors to include a link to a website, product, or service you’d like to promote. It’s a great way to showcase your work or business to our readers.
